Putting a Local Health Center on the Map

October 16, 2019

For the past 50 years, Harvard Street Neighborhood Health Center has been on the front lines of creating a healthier, safer, stronger community, right here at 632 Blue Hill Avenue in Dorchester. They provide high quality healthcare that’s accessible and affordable for all who need it—not only in Dorchester, Mattapan, and Roxbury but also in surrounding neighborhoods and across the state.

So we were humbled when they came to us for a multi-platform campaign to kick off their 50th Anniversary Gala.

Our job was to let the community know that the high-quality healthcare they deserve is right in their area.

We launched a local takeover featuring billboards and bus shelters with a campaign that literally maps out where the health center is located—and does it in an unexpected way.

On a grassroots level, the campaign also features sidewalk decals placed throughout the area, with specific directions to get to the health center based on the actual location of each placement.

Because quality healthcare should be easy to find. And at Harvard Street Neighborhood Health Center, it’s not just a belief—it’s how they operate.
