We are looking for a senior level writer/leader who is ready to tackle challenges big and small as an integral member of our creative team at Brand Content, an independent creative agency based in Boston.

A proven creative problem solver and smart/clear communicator. You must think strategically, work effectively, and have stellar portfolio that shows your talents in multiple mediums.

The ideal candidate:

• Has 5+ years of experience as an agency writer with increasing responsibilities along the way. Your portfolio should reflect an ability to work successfully in all lanes and demonstrably in digital and social spaces. Work should show proof points of creative insight across the board.

• Works fluently from creative briefs, understands agency process, hits deadlines, manages work from start to finish and handles all aspects of the job like a seasoned pro.

• Effectively presents and explains creative thinking behind concepts and is able to bring the creative to life in client presentations as well as new business pitches.

• Is ready to work hard and grow both the team they supervise as well as their own skills.
